The New California Republic Rangers (NCRR) are the elite forces of the New California Republic. Rooted in the values of the Republic and the Desert Rangers, the primary goal of Rangers is to deal with threats the army cannot handle, peacekeeping and law enforcement around the borders of NCR territory, and scouting. Founded by President Tandi, with Seth being honored as the "first" ranger of the NCR, the title of "Chief Ranger" has been passed around, with multiple people now holding the title. While being regarded as the elite forces of the NCR, the rangers are still guilty of internal conflict and corruption.
